2 slices of wholemeal bead with flora light
2 slices of ham from the fridge, standing up while my food was cooking
1 cold weight watchers sausage, as above
Some Tomato Ketchup
1 apple
Dinner
Roast Chicken
Lots of roast potatoes (done in the slimming world way)
Broccoli
A fair bit of gravy (made from granules)
A strawberry Muller Light
It's not really what I had but the sheer quantity of bacon and eggs; and I didn't need or even want the stolen ham or sausage. I didn't have any water yesterday either, let alone the hot water with lemon I've been having every morning.
TODAY EVERYTHING CHANGES
I've been reading about the 777 challenge. Basically you have to have
7 glasses of water
7 speed or superspeed foods
7 syns (no more than)
and I want to give it a go
This is my planned diet for Monday - Thursday (not including dinner on Thurday after weigh in)
cup of hot water with lemon speed 1
cup of tea (with splash of skimmed milk from HexA)
Lunch
6 crackerbread (HexB)
2 light cow cheese triangles (half of HexA)
handful of baby spinach speed 2
spoonful of fat free cottage cheese
apple speed 3
Mid Afternoon
carrot sticks speed 42 light cow cheese triangles (half of HexA)
kiwi fruit speed 5
Dinner
jacket potato
tin of tuna speed 6
teaspoonful of flora light
handful of baby spinach speed 7
spoonful of fat free cottage cheese
muller light yogurt
I want to buy lots of different types of fruit so I can have lots of variety (I'm thinking strawberries, pears, pineapple, cherries, satsumas, nectarines) but I have some kiwis that are just about ripe so that's why i've put them down.I will probably continue with the apple with lunch.
I feel a much more positive after writing this down. The hardest thing is going to be drinking 7 glasses of water but I think you can include the tea and water with hot lemon so in reality it's only 5 glasses. I could probably have squash as well but will just have it plain for the next few days.
