cottage cheese

pear speed 5


jacket potato
tuna speed 6
spinach speed 7
cottage cheese
low fat spread 2 syns
raspberry and cranberry muller light yogurt


4 mikado sticks 2 syns


I did it!! I stuck to the plan perfectly.
