I did the 777 challenge for three days, and it wasn't too bad. Hardest was drinking the water, I didn't really miss the syns. If it works I wonder whether it's possible to do three days a week like that and the other days just following the plan normally?
I'm really worrying about our holiday now. I only have one swimming costume and it's size 24. I'm still a 30/32 so I don't even think it's even worth trying on. I've looked online for a bigger one that doesn't cost the earth but can't find anything as I don't want, and can't afford to spend much on something I don't plan to need again. This time next year hopefully I'll be a lot smaller.
It's my 15th wedding anniversary today and we are celebrating by having my favourite chinese meal. I'm going to try and have it in the most slimming world way possible though. This is what I'm having, and I've rounded up the syns so, if anything, it's healthier than than this.
