Having A Good Day

The 7lb weight loss on Thursday has been just the spur I needed.I still can't believe it and think about it all the time. If only every week could be so kind!

Friday was pretty much a perfect day food wise, but I didn't have my lemon, multi vitamin or any water. I also didn't do any exercise.

Saturday Ididn't have much lunch because we were out and I just had fruit. Dinner was low fat sausages and mash. It was gorgeous! I only had one glass of water, and didn't take any exercise but I did have the lemon and my multivitamin.

Sunday - well it's only half past six,but so far so good. I had a perfect lunch, I've had my lemon, multi vitamin and three glasses of water (I could do with getting a 4th one in) and as for exercise...I've been brilliant

22 minutes on my exercise bike
3 minute island run (wii fit)
another 3 minute island run
2 minutes of hula hooping (wii fit again - i'd have done more but was awful at this)
9 minutes on my exercise bike
10 minutes free running (wii fit again. My run was actually more like a march but I completed the whole ten minutes)

The whole lot adds up to 462 calories. I'm so pleased with myself.

I'm a bit scared of going off the rails again if I don't lose anything. Somehow I need to get it into my head that the scales don't always show the full picture. I've lost three stone now,if I stick to it I really can do it!!!
