I lost a pound this week and I'm so disappointed. I was good all week, did more exercise than I ever have and that was the result. I know I lost a lot last week but even so I feel a very crushed.
I think the 3 stone for Christmas target is out of the window now - if I carry on like this I might be able to lose a stone.
I had pizza for dinner last night. I'd already planned to before the disaster weigh in because I was really craving it and needed to get it out of the way, but now I've had it and it's over. I feel a bit guilty and I went over the calories I allow myself by 86 cals, but the rest of the week I was under so I don't feel too bad. I'm going to be really good this week though.
Plan for the week
2 litres of water a day
Maximum 1200 calories a day
Minimum 30 minutes exercise a day
Let's see if that can do anything
