I thought I could make a calendar to add targets if and when I think of them. They are just targets to aim for and the world won't end if I don't make it my the date I've set but I just thought it would help if I had things written down.
27th July - To get my 2 Stone award by today
27th July - To be 22st13.5 There's no way I can do this now but I want to get as near as I can
9th August - To weigh the same or less than I did on the 27th July. I miss a weeks weigh in because of our holiday so I really don't want to put weight on.
1st September - To be able to wear that size 28 skirt comfortably
9th September - To be able to walk to Morrisons and back
30th September - To need new bras
20th December - To weight 20st5.5 This is because I entered a 26 week challenge on minimins.com to lose 50lbs by Christmas
As time goes on and I think of more I'll update the list, and I'll also add if I hit the target or how close I came.
